🕕 Hours: 6:30am – 4:30pm

We’re currently seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our client on a subdivision project in Austral. If you're a skilled operator who takes pride in precision and knows your way around GPS systems, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

• Operate grader machinery on a busy civil subdivision site
• Can confidently use GPS system
• Confidently cut trenches and storm water, and line roads to spec
  
  
• Work with a supportive and professional crew, 5 days a week with potential for weekends
  
  
• Long-term opportunity for the right person
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in subdivision or similar civil works
  
  
• Strong understanding of subdivision, earthworks, final trim, and road construction
  
  
• Experience operating with GPS (preferably Leica systems)
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
